Hello, my name is Komal Pahwa.

Komal Pahwa is a versatile and strategic-minded Service Designer working for over half a decade in creative problem-solving and design strategy across healthcare, fintech, and technology. She excels at translating concepts into compelling visual narratives within agile environments, leveraging insights from user behaviour to deliver impactful solutions.

Komal's education includes a Master's in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, a certificate in Behavioral Economics from London Business School, and a journey in entrepreneurship at Imperial Business School. She also holds an MFA in Visual Communication from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a B.Tech in Computer Science from JECRC, India.

Her ongoing projects demonstrate her expertise and dedication as a Service Designer and User Researcher on projects like Healthcare for improving caregiving services in dementia care, Fuzzy Studio, where she addresses behavioral barriers in lung cancer screening through her knowledge in behavioural economics. She has been collaborating with organisations and experts from various fields working for the NHS, Wicked Accelration Labs, UKDRI at Imperial, Macmillan UK to develop scalable solutions. Additionally, she has also contributed to social impact initiatives, such as the Ek Tara NGO in Kolkata, India to drive and support educator retention in the underprivileged communities.
